Postpartum Weight loss

I am currently 4 weeks postpartum. I weighed 200 lbs when I gave birth and have lost 25 lbs of baby weight. I want to start working out and building my core strength back up. My goal is to lose 35 lbs in the next 6 months. Any advice and motivation is welcome.

Hi. Im am 8 wks postpartum, nursing. I am at 170 (4 lbs above preprego wieght) and my goal is 135. Im sorry i dont have advice yet but i thought maybe we can help each other out on our journey.
