What protein powder does anyone recommend ?

I use Now Foods Organic Whey Protein, Natural Unflavored. I like this one because of the high protein content and lower cholesterol. I usually mix it with Gatorade and vanilla Yoplait Greek yogurt to add a little more protein and for taste.

Can't go wrong with whey protein isolate. It really comes down to you trying different ones. Everyone has a personal preference.

Nitro Tech from Vitamin World. It's got a good flavor, isn't chalky and mixes really well.

I use whey Isolate by Blue Bonnet. I found its lower in sodium than many otherS, and sodium makes my fingers puffy, which makes playing instruments annoying. Plus it tastes good & has a lot of protein.
