Russian twist are really good with some type of weight

Jello everyone I'm framces .this is how new I am,when I do Russian twists.first my stomach is in the way! Lol my hands do jot come very close to the floor.I do they my best.I'm going to try and do stretching and cardio to shed my belly.it looks so easy watching the trainer do them!

Love handles are awesome! Ok getting back on topic, any oblique exercises are great for melting those down. My favorite is holding the dumbbell in one hand with the other bent behind the head. Then I bend to the side with the weight as a far as I can then straighten out. I usually do 3 sets of 20 reps on each side. Hope this helps. Good luck hun!

The only way you can really get rid of fat is eating fewer or burning more calories than your body  currently needs to maintain  your weight. And we can't pick and choose where the fat leaves first.
