I need to get rid of them. What are some ways to do that.

Love handles are awesome! Ok getting back on topic, any oblique exercises are great for melting those down. My favorite is holding the dumbbell in one hand with the other bent behind the head. Then I bend to the side with the weight as a far as I can then straighten out. I usually do 3 sets of 20 reps on each side. Hope this helps. Good luck hun!
