Control ur diet. Lots of greens and fibre. Go jogging for 20min and gradually increase over weeks. U will start to loose weight in one month.

AVOID BAKERY ITEMS LIKE BREAD, BISCUITS. opt for homemade unleavened bread without preservatives
AVOID RED MEAT
As a dietitian I would recommend you to have loads of fluids. Be it water or detox drinks or the fresh fruit juices. Stay away from carbonated beverages. If you're a tea lover having it once a day is fine and coffee 4 times a week. Try having 7-9 hours of sleep. N he happy
