Control ur diet. Lots of greens and fibre. Go jogging for 20min and gradually increase over weeks. U will start to loose weight in one month.

DO NOT CRASH DIET
DO NOT EAT FRIED SNACKS AND CHIPS
AVOID BAKERY ITEMS LIKE BREAD, BISCUITS. opt for homemade unleavened bread without preservatives
AVOID RED MEAT

Thanx for replying dear I don't eat such things but gaining weight my height is 5 fit but weight is 60 very much worried.even I am health conscious still....

As a dietitian I would recommend you to have loads of fluids. Be it water or detox drinks or the fresh fruit juices.  Stay away from carbonated beverages.  If you're a tea lover having it once a day is fine and coffee 4 times a week. Try having 7-9 hours of sleep. N he happy

After stopping my birth control regimen, I noticed ovarian cyst would form on my ovaries. The cramps, swelling and full feeling sucks.  I get them 2-3 times in a year during ovalution time. 

Keeping a healthy diet, and working out are good things. Also having supportive people helps too. Good friends. 

Is it genetics? Keep a watchful eye on your health.  If you feel bad cramps and spotting, call the doc. Take care :)
