Okay, so I have a wedding to attend to in March but I want to lose 10-20lbs before that time any suggestions?
You can do it.
Eat tons more veggies, less sugar, processed food, & carbs.
Look up 'intermittent fasting' and 'carb cycling' maybe give one or both a try.
Drink more water.
Get good sleep.
Cardio. (but nutrition/food should be your focus)
