Weight loss..

My resolution is to loose weight.. And I am a beginner.. need to loose more than 25 kgs.. Is it possible to loose that much weight without going to the gym .. if yes plz recommend.

You can lose weight by simply changing your eating habits. Eat as much unprocessed food as you can like fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts, and lean meats. In moderation! Eat until your full. Stay away from unhealthy fat, fried food, sugar (besides fruit), and other junk. Also, drink loooooots of water. Hope this helps. Good luck. Message me for any other questions!
