Hello everyone,
I am looking for healthy recipes for weight loss. Preferably under 500 calories. Really need to up my protein as well. I have looked around online but still haven't found very many. I appreciate it and thank you ahead of time.

Stir-fries are one of my favourites, because you can chop and change a wide choice of various ingredients to keep them interesting (I love adding nuts in mine - to give it that extra crunch)
