So I'm starting to try and lose weight and need a buddy to hold me accountable or just be encouraging and motivating ! Who wants to help ?? Lol.
Fit in workouts through out your day and night, even if they are small.
If you are truly serious about losing weight, than you may want to change your eating habitats. Also make a calendar, make a schedule, set an alarm or reminder on your phone. You don't necessarily need someone to motivate you. Good luck and God bless.
