So, two years ago, I lost 40 pounds with strict calorie counting, exercise, and healthy eating. I need to lose 20 pounds now and I'm thinking of just how to do that. Do you believe in calorie counting? I got a little carried away back in the day..
I do not calorie count. I don't think living a healthy lifestyle is an exact science. I just eat right, drink plenty of water and try to workout at least 5 or 6 times a week. The most I'll do is an intense workout if I splurge on junk food.
