9 february today i begin my work out challange..
Im 158 cm with 70 kg
Its overweight :(
(got it after 2 years)
I wanna change my life style...
So ill report every time ive done my work out, i hope there sth change.
Now i join muaythai and swimming at least 1 time in week. And use fat burner un ultra ripped...
