If you naturally have an apple body type can you change it to a pear?

Yes, you can! It's changing diet composition to paleo style eating with portion control. This helps get the stubborn fat from midsection and thighs. Exercise is of course a supplement. Wearing a waist trainer helps too- for forming the "pear" shape.

Hello. You can do exercises to make the body appear to be a pear shape, but our body composition is determined by our bone structure and genetics.

This helps greatly with stomach fat as well as working the core (abs + back more).

The core can be worked daily, so don't be afraid to hold some planks or pick a daily exercise to squeeze in.

In retrospect, work on your abs & back for a stronger core + do 30-60min of  moderate cardio  3-5x weekly to reduce your body fat.
