im a flat chested,belly fat-carrying,narrow hipped apple.any fellow apple shapes and tips on how to sculpt a more hourglass figure?
I'm an apple or perhaps inverted triangle. I'm doing exercises to work my butt and waist mostly to balance it out and adding in cardio. Its most difficult to get the fat off my waist though but everywhere else is getting more toned looking. I think it just takes a while and must constantly work at making improvements.
