I need help how to lose 12lbs in 1 Month.

My name is Cole. In My default picture I was 170 in May, now I am currently 210. I want to know does anyone know how to lose 12 pounds in a month. What should I do in the gym and for how long ? And what should i eat? Please and thank you

To lose that much in a month is unrealistic but possibly attainable. The idea is to incorporate a healthy eating lifestyle.

You should look into healthy clean eating recipes and choices. Eliminate the junk and eat 6 small meals a day with exercise

You can do it with some discipline.

Drink more water. First thing in the morning, two cups. Get a water bottle and make sure you drink. Set an alarm if you need to.

Don't eat processed food (anything premade in a factory)

Don't drink soda or sweetened coffee or anything besides water, really.

Eat way more vegetables and fruits. I like to steam a lot of bite sized cut broccoli and carrots and have them in the fridge to snack on with a little salt.

Cut down on red meats, and cheese.

Take a walk everyday.

Start using myfitnesspal or another calorie counter.

I agree my favorite is the processes food! It basically has no nutrition! Not saying none but you eat veggies beans and lean meat you can eat more without starving. Water is a great idea as well! Ive gotta drink more myself!
