My name is Cole. In My default picture I was 170 in May, now I am currently 210. I want to know does anyone know how to lose 12 pounds in a month. What should I do in the gym and for how long ? And what should i eat? Please and thank you
You can do it with some discipline.
Drink more water. First thing in the morning, two cups. Get a water bottle and make sure you drink. Set an alarm if you need to.
Don't eat processed food (anything premade in a factory)
Don't drink soda or sweetened coffee or anything besides water, really.
Eat way more vegetables and fruits. I like to steam a lot of bite sized cut broccoli and carrots and have them in the fridge to snack on with a little salt.
Cut down on red meats, and cheese.
Take a walk everyday.
Start using myfitnesspal or another calorie counter.
