I lose 10pounds after I stopped exercising for a week. Why is this?

So many possibilities.
Water weight
Did you change your diet?
Glycogen.

You most likely didn't lose ten pounds of muscle in a week so don't worry.

Keep an eye on things. Note variables that have changed besides the exercise.

Sleep patterns, nutrition, hydration, fiber intake, stress levels, salt, supplements, so many things contribute to the fine balance of the body systems... What else changed?
