How to loss weight of legs
You can't choose where to lose weight. You just have to lose weight. Fat usually disappears from arms and legs first and belly last.
Caloric deficit, means burn more calories than you eat. You can do this by eating less, or burning more (exercise), or both.

Speaking from way too much personal experience in this area, if you weren't born with stick thin legs, you can starve yourself all you want and run your ass off, but you will NEVER have stick thin legs. I spent approximately 15 years of my life trying to diet and run my way into tiny little ballerina legs and no matter how little I ate (I literally almost killed myself trying to make this happen) or how much cardio I did, I never got there. All I succeeded in doing was destroying my health, my metabolism .What cardio do you do ?
