So, I am new to this app and plan to lose weight using it.
I was wondering if anyone here has actually lost weight using this app...
If so, purely as a motivational drive, it would be nice if you could share how much you lost over what period?
Hi. I've subscribed to this app for a while but I've never really used it before . But now I've gotten serious and did the program called Strong & Slim (1). It's a 12-day program and so far I've lost 5 pounds.
