I agree with Baldy C. Sometimes you just need to jump in. Without thinking about it. Go out and run. When you are done you'll see how good it feels. Start off with something easy like light running or other simple workouts. Don't try to kill yourself yet. When you start to make it a habit move on to more difficult things.
Im not lazy either... I have two kids and im always on my feet. I just seem to choose the wrong thing to eat. And working out will take my time away from my kids. Plus they always need me
Lol yes cuddle time is very important too. And you have a good attitude. You dont have to leave the app. Im sure you can find something of benefit here. A few individual workouts that start off slow. But whatever you want to do is good as long as its something. Good look to you and to your family!
