Im just not motivated to push myself to workout!

There's only that much other people can do to push you... if you really set a goal and feel the NEED to reach it... discipline will follow. You need self motivation first as foundation before relying on others to keep you motivated

I agree with Baldy C. Sometimes you just need to jump in. Without thinking about it. Go out and run. When you are done you'll see how good it feels. Start off with something easy like light running or other simple workouts. Don't try to kill yourself yet. When you start to make it a habit move on to more difficult things.

I agree with him to. But how can i do it with two kids. By the time i put my newborn to sleep and feed and play with my 2yr old. Im tired. Im drained. I need to shower. Cook lunch. Its a lot of things i have to do before i can think of myself

I see. Is there a time in the day that doesn't require your attention? If there is then you are probably tired by then. Still even though it might be difficult and not for very long try to do something easy. Some workouts are only 5 mins long or you can walk instead of running. You wont want to do it if you are tired. You wont feel like it. But give it a shot. You will start to adapt to it. But you can only do that if you take the first step. ;) You can do it :)

Hey Peggy, I also have a 7week old newborn and I completely understand you. Its a lotta work. There are many short workouts on this site that you can do. You can also involve your kids with your workouts, sometimes I do my walking lunges with my baby in her carrier. It doesn't need to be anything too long. As long as you're doing some kind of physical activity and maintaining a good diet you should be fine. My husband and family have been helpful because working out is a very big part of my life.

Im not lazy either... I have two kids and im always on my feet. I just seem to choose the wrong thing to eat. And working out will take my time away from my kids. Plus they always need me

Lol yes cuddle time is very important too. And you have a good attitude. You dont have to leave the app. Im sure you can find something of benefit here. A few individual workouts that start off slow. But whatever you want to do is good as long as its something. Good look to you and to your family!
