guys anyone he /she has slim body too much and lose weight quick how make balance between workouts and lose weight to refer to an Organised body

Eat healthy & try to focus on strength training... Like Weight lifting (bench press, squats, overhead press, deadlift, dumbells, barbells etc.), body-weight exercises (such as pull-ups, Chin-ups, dips, push-ups) & machines such treadmill, elliptical etc. Like cardio exercises.... Those Will help u to balance your Weight & maintain it... :) hope This Will help you !!!
