Im a snacker. There ive said it. Ill normaly eat crisps (there my criptonite) but biscuits aswell. I used to come back from work and make some toast or sandwiches and eat them before my tea but ive stoped that at the min.
What i need is ready made healthy snacks. Any ideas guys.
What about some fruit, smoothies and/or nuts such as walnuts and almonds? Not baked and not salted. Yogurt, veggies. So many options
I usually go to walnuts or peanuts and grapes. The natural sugars, fiber, protein that I get from them keep me energized and the nuts make me feel full for a while.
