When can i start exercising. I've started stretches and tightening my tummy but not walking yet as still uncomfortable.... Discharge wise. I move around in house a lot though! What's quickest way to get tummy back to normal... Or good as possible lol.
My daughter just turned two months and the hardest part, for me, is finding the time to exercise during the day. But stretching and eating right will do you wonders in the beginning. You should wait the recommended six weeks until you partake in any real muscle intense workouts. You could cause damage to your healing body. But after you get the okay to start go with moderate workouts that you like and you'll start seeing results quicker than you'd think, because your body uses more calories when you weigh more. By the time you hit your plateau, which eventually happens, you'll be stronger and able to handle longer more intense workouts, so it's time for the switch up.
