Postpartum Tummy

When can i start exercising. I've started stretches and tightening my tummy but not walking yet as still uncomfortable.... Discharge wise. I move around in house a lot though! What's quickest way to get tummy back to normal... Or good as possible lol.

First you might want to work on your diastasis recti this is probably what's giving the look of a round protruding belly and then move on to cardio to burn the fat

My daughter just turned two months and the hardest part, for me, is finding the time to exercise during the day.  But stretching and eating right will do you wonders in the beginning. You should wait the recommended six weeks until you partake in any real muscle intense workouts. You could cause damage to your healing body. But after you get the okay to start go with moderate workouts that you like and you'll start seeing results quicker than you'd think,  because your body uses more calories when you weigh more. By the time you hit your plateau, which eventually happens, you'll be stronger and able to handle longer more intense workouts, so it's time for the switch up. I have faith in our post bodies being better than ever! Good luck and keep me posted

yea i figured around the house chores minus picking up my 3 year old. don't sweep/mop bf says its bad... Mexico thing though or as least his family. my swelling is down a lot though. energy better too. this baby took every drop of energy when he was in there
