Leaving for basic training in a couple weeks and have to make sure I knock off those extra pounds. Any hints/advice?

Your diet is very important focus on what you are taking in and exactly what you are eating cut out refined sugar make sure you are getting good fats into your system and eat 5-6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism boosted ️
