I was thinking, what types of healthy dishes/food do y'all eat for lunch and dinner?
I wanna try something new every once in a while.

Ok so I am at this very moment drinking a milkshake! Chocolate at that! But here are the ingredients that will shock you! Three quarters of a cup of Almond milk, half a teaspoon of vanilla, three quarters of a teaspoon of cocoa powder, a third of a banana, 2 teaspoons of agave or honey and 15 ice cubes! A grand total of 50 cal! Stick it in a blender and whip it up, it's delicious! Give it a try and let me know what you think! I have a ton and I mean a ton of healthy recipes you...
