What to eat if I work out at night

I'm new to the community and I'd like to get tips on what to eat (dinner) if I work out at night. My day starts late and I work out at around 7:30PM until 9. People say you can't eat carbs at night if you want to lose weight, but some also say eat your carbs after a workout. What's good to follow if I want to lose weight?

Eat whatever feels best Haha. Without examining your total food intake per day/week it's impossible to say what you should or shouldn't eat. But I can assure you that eating carbs at night doesn't make you go fat. Eating too much over a prolonged period makes you fat. It doesn't matter if you do this in the mornings or at night.

Try eating complex carbs instead of simple ones. Also try casein protein since it's late, I usually eat casein protein(Greek yogurt) before bed to repair muscles.

Thanks for the tip. I'll try having greek yogurt post workout then. Unsweetened of course.
