Eat whatever feels best Haha. Without examining your total food intake per day/week it's impossible to say what you should or shouldn't eat. But I can assure you that eating carbs at night doesn't make you go fat. Eating too much over a prolonged period makes you fat. It doesn't matter if you do this in the mornings or at night.
Try eating complex carbs instead of simple ones. Also try casein protein since it's late, I usually eat casein protein(Greek yogurt) before bed to repair muscles.
