Do HIIT workouts give faster results?

The big question is ,are you trying to lose weight or and again muscles?if you are trying to lose weight HIIT IS GOOD ,BUT RECOVERY PERIOD CAN TAKE DAYS COMPARE TO OTHER FORM OF CARDIO WORKOUT ,BUT IF YOU WANT TO ADD Muscles my advice is dont do HIIT ....YOU CAN DO SOME FORM OF ISOLATED WORKOUT FOCUSING ON YOUR TARGET AREAS,but you can combine multiple workouts in the long term period ....all the best

Yes they can do they speed up your metabolism so you burn fat afterwards and build muscle (testosterone) make you leaner , in a shorter space of time

Depends on what your goal is.

But short and intense hiit workouts have been linked to better fat losing results. What I suspect you asked.
