Im just starting back my running after having a baby 12 weeks ago. I used to be a active runner but i hsvent really done any running in about 3 years. But to help with weight loss and pnd im getting back into it. My problem is tho my legs feel really heavy soon as i start running. Anyone have any tips to fix this? Or why its happening?

Ya I know the feeling you. It mostly occurs when u stop Exercising for a long time. Keep practicing u will not feel it again. [Practice makes permanent].
