I Need some help creating a workout/meal plan to help lose stubborn fat, any advice you may have is welcome;)
So im really frustrated that i seem to be stuck where i am at i have only lost 8 lbs in the past 4 months. I know this is due to my diet and the fact that i can not do intense workouts due to some painful back problems. I was hoping someone can help me create a casual to moderate workout and eating plan for the week, i am also on a budget so i need some inexpensive meal plans, please. I usually eat 3 small meals a day and i also drink sodas which im working on cutting out completely. Any alternatives to them i really dont like water, but i force myself to drink it.:)
Really that would be great i really need some advice. Ive never had a problem with weight till recently the heaviest i ever was was120 even after having 2 boys but this past year or so I've put on almost 30 pounds i got up to.148 have only lost about 8 pounds.:( im stuck nd i have no idea where to even start..
