How to loose stomach weight and thigh weight

I have recently been wanting to work out more because it's summer and need my bikini body! I have been doing excercies for the past 3 days. I know i won't see a difference in 3 days but what work outs could i do to see good improvement in little time.

Generally, a weekly combination of cardio and resistance training is a good way to effect body composition changes.

Don't worry so much about finding the perfect workout, though. As long as you're not making the common mistake of doing just core exercises, almost anything you do is fine. The more you enjoy yourself the better, because that increases the chance you will do it more often.
