Hey guys! ive been trying to burn the little fat that i got left on my abdominal area, but to afraid to do any cardio in fear of losing any leg muscle that ive gained , how should i go about losing the remainder of my body fat, help please!
I don't know but I'd like to know too! Maybe try squats instead of cardio?
Hi! A great way you can burn the fat whilst not losing the muscle is some endurance power sets!
So go for, say, sets of 45 seconds and do as many reps as you can, rest a third of your active time and go again. Do 3-5 sets and switch the type of contraction for the next set.
So if your first set is, for example, Crunches (flexion) the second exercises can be Russian Twists (rotation) or planks (isometric).
All about trial-and-error... You'll get there!
