eating clean and strength training alongside cardio is the best thing!

Heres the thing.I know in books,shows,media in general when they show someone getting fit their face gets slimmer.But I'm in really good shape and my face is still "chubby"So try not to pay much attention to your face and pay more attention to your legs,abs,arms(etc.

From what I understand, you can't spot train away fat from a certain area, like your faceOverall conditioning w/ cardio + strength training = reduction in body fat overall

I fully agree with Marina, but I do want to add, that you can't really lose much fat in your face. I suppose this is, because the fat tissue  there is rather used as some sort of protection instead of an energy storage.
