there are no reliable numbers you could gain any useful info from, and no recommended ranges, either, since there is so much variety in children at that age. You should be able to judge for yourself if you feel healthy enough, although nowadays eating disorders and body image issues (where perfectly healthy kids think they are too fat) are affecting younger and younger ages.
You should be growing and growing and eating lots of real food like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and meats/fish. If you want to worry about anything, you could try to avoid processed food when possible (like stuff made in a factory that you buy in a box), and sugary treats and drinks, but you should not be going hungry. At your age simply getting calories in your body to fuel your growth is the most important. If you're hungry and there's only chicken nuggets, go for it.
Don't worry too much, eat more veggies, go run around and play more often, and you'll be healthier and happier.✌
