Hoping to learn how this app works & gaining knowledge of the social family etc. Motivation & portion control & consistency are WHAT I NEED willpower to do & STICK WITH IT. Looking forward to loosing weight ((again)) & toning up my body

Hey! Welcome to the community. I can give you advice for you to be consistent with workouts. You can actually divide your day into two workouts of both twenty minutes. Here at skimble you'll be able to find intense lower body workouts and also weight loosing workouts. Combine both into your 24 hours routine. You'll find drastic results. For motivation make sure you remember that you want better out of yourself and you can make yourself better. Plus you are what you eat so make sure you don't put in extra carbs.

Thanks so much I will keep all of that in mind!! I am trying very hard to omit lots of things like junk food & sweets:-)
