Project Comeback !

As you can see from the headline I am one my project Comeback right now. Today marks day 1.
The last few months I struggled a lot with my eating habits but not with my workouts. As we know nutrition makes 80% of the success and exercise is the 20%. This doesn't mean that the we shouldn't give 100% in both things but both parts have a different impact on our body(transformation).
My training consist of three days per week a run followed by a short workout and 3 days a workout for Arms, Abs, Legs on different days.
My nutrition is going to be based on mostly vegetables fruit and protein. Sure I am going to include white rice, wholegrain bread and potatoes. First I thought I should do a low carb or even a keto diet but I think that this wouldn't fit to me. I love carbs and I don't want to restric myself. My aim is to find a healthy way to eat wich is sustainable for me.
Also I want want to eat intuitively which means no calorie counting just listening when I am hungry and when I am full.
My arm workout is done for today and I hope I will do my job with the nutrition right.

Let's see where I am going to be.

My nutrition is a bit tricky at the moment but I know that I will get back on track soon. Tomorrow is my first weigh in and I am a bit nervous because it is my first weigh in since nearly 2 months. I estimate that I will weigh 61kg and my hight is 1,56m BMI: 24,7. Tomorrow will show if I am right.

Today step on the scale and results are : 59 kg and I am 1,57m BMI: 23,9

I am not happy about it but in think that I am going to do good on my journey.  My goal is to reach 50-52 kg as my goal weight.  Because I am eating intuitively I don't know if I am going to reach but I am ready to try.
