Hi, new here. Looking for the the best workouts for the best amount of weight loss

The best workouts for weight loss are those that burn the most calories. Generally, this usually means cardio, and HIIT is probably the best if you actually do it right, but resistance exercises (like weight lifting or calisthenics) also offer a world of benefits to round out a weight loss program.

You can try and search for the best, most efficient workout but really the best workout is the one you do. Even better is one you will do again.

Don't worry too much about finding the best workout, just get moving and keep moving, that's the real trick. So finding workouts you enjoy is more beneficial than finding the ones that burn the most calories.
