How to lose 15 kg in 1 month

I need to lose 15kg of bely fat to start working on my uper body any workout that can help me

That's a lot of weight to lose that fast. I would shoot for at most 1 kg per week, and actually that's a lot.

It takes cutting over 7 thousand calories to lose one kilogram. In one week that's over a thousand calories a day. For many people that would be a large and uncomfortable percentage of their daily food intake (or energy expenditure), making it very difficult to stick to. A more sustainable and practical approach would be slower weight loss. Maybe a half kg per week. Totally doable, easier, and you won't be hungry and angry all day.

Exercise is great. Find something you enjoy, or at least something you don't hate, whether it's walking or lifting weights or stationary bike with a TV... they're all great. Whatever you are most likely to do for longer, and come back and do again, that's the best exercise for you. However, your biggest results will come from watching what you eat.

Try using myfitnesspal to log what you're eating and see where you can make some cuts. Often, simple things like eating a bit less at each meal, substituting water for other beverages, or chopped vegetables as snacks, can make the difference of hundreds upon hundreds of calories a day.

Time to seriously diet and work on abs at the same time. To cut calories, but feel full, add loads of iceberg lettuce salad, smaller apples, carrots, low fat chicken noodle soup, etc. To each day, and keep your calorie count to 1200. Lettuce hardly counts, but is very filling. Plain chicken breast with baked potato, low cal veggie no butter, and the lettuce salad with low cal dressing gives you a great meal of less than 350 calories. After a couple of weeks, start doing 25- 50 crunches a day. Switch up your meals...but follow the 6 small meals a day plan to keep your metabolism boosted. Even if you've set your heart on losing 15 kg in one month's time, that is dangerous all the way around. You can do maybe 8 per month, but no more. Find a multivitamin to take while your dieting to ensure you are getting all of your nutrients, and avoid the consequences of malnutrition. Just slow and steady, you will see results before you know it. Remain on this calorie target with low calorie, high nutritional value foods for 4-6 months. Eating well and losing weight will make you feel great! Don't be afraid of success! Good luck!!

Also, I should add ..don't stay on calorie restriction for too long. When you reach your goal, move up to a maintenence calorie goal. Don' t forget, that as you increase muscle, your metabolism will increase too, and must be fed with a balanced healthy diet. Do your best to skip sweets and snacks, and keep your saturated fat intake down-but we're not perfect, so don't beat yourself up if you indulge here and there!
