Need a diet plan wrote up as well as workouts I can do at home without weights.

Hey guys, I've put on quite a bunch of body fat lately and am wondering how I can shed it off and cut down. I need a diet plan wrote to follow if anyone please could do that.

These are workouts I made a few years ago. Try them out and adjust to your own level. 

You could do a lot with just push-ups, pull ups, dips, squats so try out a few variations as you improve your ability to perform the basics. 

I can help you make custom workouts if you want, just let me know. 

For diet, to lose weight you need to be in a caloric deficit (consume less calories than you burn). You can use myfitness pal app to track your calories to make things easier and it will also enable you to keep an eye out on your ratio of protein, carbs and fat. 

You don't really need to buy workout or diet programs, you can find a lot of free things online.

I appreciate it! But how do I track foods like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and so on?

Use myfitnesspal pal app. Just search for any product and it tracks the calories,
