its all about increasing metabolism... working out an intense 15 minutes every 6 hours 2 or 3 times a day will give results. Also avoid carbos as much as u can and forget about pizza

well to regalate the metabolism and to detox the body i use natural supplements like ganoderma lucidum ( ratio 20:1 ) , to increase my energy i se spirulina and cordyceps.

The bootcamp concept has proven to be impractical due to every single participant being different from one another. No person is alike. Different body composition/metabolism/diet/life style/genetics, etc. To answer this question, not knowing more about you or your routine/program/dietary habits is difficult. I don't see you logging many workouts on here. Organizing your training by means of this app would be a good start. My best attempt for a very GENERALIZED explanation: 1.You are not eating enough 'whole/natural' foods but instead wrong foods (fried/sugar/bread/processed foods etc) 2. Emotional eater (stress) 3.Too much low impact cardio vs short High Intensity Interval...

Are you sleeping well? 7-8 hrs.  Stress causes fat to store.  Also try to keep moving all day long.  Get cordless headset and walk around when u are on those long conf calls.

Nutrition is key.  On strength days, load up mostly protein and high fat.  Cardio days moderate carbs and high protein.
