What should be my goal?

Hello!

I am 5 foot 2, 110 pounds and would like to lose a little bit if weight and mainly tone up, build my core strength and overall body strength. What workouts would be best for me?

Hello Marissa! Without being a pro,i would suggest mountain climbers,burpees (or half burpees ),lunges,squats,push ups,jumping rope,plank and a little bit of running.They are all useful for the goal you have and you can't go wrong with any of them. And of course,reduce your caloric intake a little and make sure you hydrate yourself and rest properly. You can do it!

Awesome! Thank you!  Pretty much all I have been doing so far for fitness is self defense training/martial arts, push-ups, burpees , bicycle crunches (100 a day), squats and planks. This last week, I just started running 3K, 5 days a week. Is it a good idea to incorporate that I to my workout routine right now?Thanks so much for the tips guys!

It depends on what your ultimate goal is. Be careful about overtraining however. Try maybe having cardio days, bodybuilding days where you lift weights or do bodyweight exercises etc., and at least one rest day a week.
