Targeted weight loss?

Another question. I know this is a long shot, but are there any tips to help lose weight in the thighs only, or do I have to lose more weight overall? Whenever I lose weight, it always just comes off in the stomach area but nowhere else. Is it safe to just keep losing weight until it starts effecting my thighs? Any tips are greatly appreciated!

P.S. I already run 4-5 days a week and do plenty of squats.

Just tone your legs and thighs.

unfortunately, you cannot spot reduce in terms of weight. You have to lose weight overall by being in a caloric deficit (consuming less calories thna you burn). 

I suggesting searching up Bellah Rahbek on youtube and following some of her workouts as she has talked about this before, and continue with your training program.

It's actually just toning your thighs. Focus on your legs, do leg workouts and eventually it become thinner.
