Anyone else doing an aggressive sumer cut?

Hey you all.

As the title says, anyone else of you doing a aggressive cut for the summer days. Low kcal and some extra training hours. To get that Lil extra fat of.

I'm planning on a 3 week cut. In which I will go extra aggressive first 10 days. Those days will be all at arround 1800 kcal.

200 grams protein. 40/50 grams fat and rest is filled with carbs. Horrible days but gotta do what you gotta do.

Then I will up my kcal to arround 2300 for the following days. Which will mostly mean alot more carbs!

Planning on dropping 1-2% bodyfat. Which will be a great results for this short time.

Need some tips or got some diet tips. Shoot!!

best of luck! I am on fasting, so definitely low cals but training would be moderate.

I'm not doing anything as aggresive as you, but I'm trying to do more intense workouts with extra cardio! Good luck to you

That's a good thing! Make sure you don't compensate too much with eating extra. That's always hard after those intense workouts. The immens hunger!
