Hi,

I'm 24 and started working out to lose weight. I'm doing 30 mins walking (treadmill) and some minutes exercising. Regarding the exercise, like I'm following a 30 day workout plan and the level is easy.

Just wanna ask if it would help me shed weight or not? Am I on a right track or should I try the intense or moderate workout?

Btw, I cut my food intake as well as I'm currently fasting.

Looking forward to your suggestions or any advice. Thank you in advance! :)
