Hey guess I use to use this app years ago. It actually help me get down to my weight goal but unfortunately I have gained some of the way back and so I am starting all over again I'll be posting here hopefully regularly and looking forward to seeing what everyone has to say. My goal is to lose 30 pounds .

Hey guys so i just had dinner at 8:30pm i had a salad with cucumber cheese ,onions and pickles. . what do you all think about my salad.would you have added something or took something away

Sounds good, do you count cals or do you just eat clean majority of the time? How often are you weighing in?

Maybe have the salad with cucumber, cheese, lettuce or kale, cherry tomatoes, capsicum (bell peppers) and maybe some nuts Good work and hope you have success with your goals!

Welcome Back!

 

I am working on myself as well, and just got back this month in exercising (Gained 43 lbs with my pregnancy and had my baby 2 months ago). So I'm not close to my goal what-so-ever. But we can do it!

Sunday June 25.
  Is it just me or does it feel like  meal replacement shakes do absolutely nothing to fill you up.. Every morning I have a meal replacement shake followed by 2  huge cups of water. I Don't think  i can just go off of a meal replacement shake by its self .
If you  all have any suggestion that   you think will help .please share

I always heard high fiber fills you up more. If the shake isnt doing the trick maybe look into a meal with similar cals.

I am joining you! I have lost over 100lbs myself in the past but struggled losing the weight after having my 4th little one this past yr... then I stopped breastfeeding and gained another 10-15. So, yeah. I have 37 lbs I would like to lose and WILL lose. I can do it, just need to carve out the time to do the workouts and clean up the food intake. Following your journey, lets do this, together!!! :-)
