Hey Guys,
I am looking for a workout that some of you have used, that have actually given results for weight loss, body toning, or fat trimming!

Thanks

Any consistent work out will do all of that for you. A lot of people prefer HIIT (High intensity interval training). A couple at home programs is insanity, or p90x. Several gyms have HIIT group workouts that offer support and accountability from the group. Just keep in mind diet is key. :)

I can't do Hiit workouts, they make me sick like literally. I suffer from migraines and headaches and can't do something that intense, I'll get sick for days at a time. Can yoga have somewhat of the same effect as those programs?!

Yoga can help, yes! Also you can start easy jogging - you won't lose weight, but jogging/running is good against migraine. Also take magnesium (find out how much you need, start with 300mg in the evening and increase up to 1g if necessary) and omega 3 fat (fishoil, 1g/daily).

So Yoga won't help to lose weight, not even tone up some areas!?? And thanks for the tips I'll talk to a nutritionist about those supplements

The main goal of yoga is not to lose weight. Though some moves and workouts are really tough, which means you can build muscles and tone your body.

If you are interested in yoga workouts, aside using the search function you also can check Heidis collections: https://www.skimble.com/people/j7uw79j4pydu

So is cardio the best way to tone up?! Or can simple ab workouts and yoga have a great effect as well? My diet is really good actually, I just gained 20lbs over the year from college and I'm starting back this month and I don't wanna keep gaining weight

Forget ab workouts. Use weights or bodyweight workouts, but not for abs, for all of your body. Cardio is healthy, but not the best to lose weight. HIT, Tabata, HIIT... everything that pushes your metabolism is great.
