Is it beneficial to do HiiT Training every day?

I am aware weight training every day doesn't allow your muscles to repair, and of course causes fatigue and therefore poor performance in the gym, but how about HIIT for weight loss?

I'm sure people go running everyday especially those who are training for a running race and it probably isn't really sustainable, but what if someone wanted to do 10 minutes of HiiT every day for 1 month, is that safe? As long as they are fit and healthy of course.

I do see that it takes months and sometimes years to get to your goal physique, but does anyone think this can be sped up by carrying out weight loss HiiT in the first month?

In my mind I feel like logically, muscle is under every ounce of fat and you've got to lose the fat to see muscle and then you can gain more muscle if you like. Hence the question to focus primarily on weightless the strategy is to do more HiiT in the early stages of exercising.

Have you thought about the heart rate range for fat burning? Specifically can you control the rate while doing HIIT so that you don't move into aerobic range? I don't know the ranges but I know they are close to each other.

Depends on your goals and how long your workouts are for. If they are really intense give yourself atleast one day of recovery and you can do some walking on your active rest day if you like.

I think 10 mins of HiiT training everyday is safe and extremely beneficial. As long as your warm up and stretch you should be good to go!
