I'm about 78 KG and I'm only 15. I know I'm crazy overweight 🙍😭. I do about 5 workouts (mentionably abs and fat burning ones) on an average each day for 5 days a week. And consume about 1800-2000 calories a day and 40-55 percent of my daily diet is green vegetables. So do you guys think I'll be able to get in shape anytime soon? Like within 5-6 months?

how long have you been doing the workouts and eating this way?

I weigh 195 pounds and am on the football team I think it's mostly muscle now that I have been weightlifting for a while so maybe putting in some sort of weightlifting or running will help more. Mostly running if u don't want to be awesomely "bulky".

So do you mean that running is the best for burning body fat and getting slim? I think that the Fat Burner Deluxe should also help?

Yes running and swimming will help to because it makes lean muscles and will definitely help you become slim

So you mean that home workouts won't help? I have limited access to go out and run, so I have to workout at home. So is the Fat Burner Deluxe a good alternative to running and swimming? Will this workout also help me get slim?
