Was looking for advice for which vitamins to take for overall health, weight loss, and energy. I'm a 35 year old male, 6'2", 240 lbs.

Hello Leo, A good diet with proper nutrients is really all most of us need. Energy comes from food not the vitamins unless you take something that has a stimulant which may not be a healthy choice. Truly if you consume nutrient rich food you should have optimal energy. Rest too is key. I offer meal plans to clients included in their training. i can certainly counsel you with a plan and coaching to reach your goal quickly.
