I've had 2 acl surgeries, 1 meniscus repair, and ruptured disk surgically repaired. I gained alot of weight being depressed after the surgeries, ive lost most that weight by eating better now but I'd still like to lose an additional 30 pounds, ive been afraid to work out since my back surgery. Any advice on where to begin? My legs are only half the strength they once were when i last trained 4 yrs ago in kick boxing. I know i can get there again, but i also know it will be a slow process. What would be the best way to go? And supplement wise, what should I take? I'm a 39yr old female, high stress and get about 4 hrs of sleep a night. And advice would help. Thank you so much.
