Stress Eating Advice

I feel bad because my husband has started working out alot more and he looks AMAZING. I, on the other hand, am over wieght and feel discouraged. Working out is at the bottom of my totem pole, where work, kids, masters degree, and sleep are at the top. And to top it off i have started stress eating alot more to cope. Unfortunately asking him for help while i take some time for me isn't really an option since he is an active duty soldier. I fear this may come in between our relationship. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I would try to find 10 minutes in your day to perform a workout, this should boost your energy. Another way to burn calories is to make selective choices; take stairs, park further from the store when shopping etc. Eat more fiber rich foods to feel more satisfied. Take the time for you, as by being your best self allows you to be the best for others.
