I'm a teenager girl and I want to lose weight but I don't want to follow any diet because that will hurt my body specifically in my age my body is so sensitive plus it needs alot of proteins and vitamins so I need to know the best diet for me (teenager) + best workouts
I'm waiting ur advice!

I would consult with a doctor or trainer where you can specify discuss the sensitive diet subject confidentiality. There are plenty of ways to follow a diet plan that won't hurt your body

Jim i meant with "my senstive body" that. in my age my body need food to get energy , so that's so wrong tto follow. any diet because there is alot of diets that hurt the body. However, if u a teenager or older and these diets destroy ur muscels so what i need a diet and a sport that is suitable for my age without a negative symptoms like low vitamins or protines

Hi.

The best diet is the diet that is most balanced and most natural but not too complex and complicated to provide for yourself.

Examples:

1 eat meat once a week diet.
california fresh diet.
Balanced diet/average cut out fastfood & sweets etc..
