Need motivation..... Can't control my appetite

My son z 1 year and and daughter 4 years.... I really want to lose weight but I eat too much..... Can't control my appetite..... I m 74 kgs but I should be only 56..... Need motivation and tips too

I had the same problem amd it still happens once in a great while but what I did is, I first made sure that i had alot of healthy low carb options to dig into when ever I wanted to keep snacking, then after I adjusted to that I then started working in short workouts, walks and such tbroughout my day so I wouldn't have as much time to be eating plus the exercise alot of the time made me feel not so hungry for a while. so it effectively cut down the amount of times I was eatinf our...

Drinks & Eat- 4-6 liter of water daily, ( It would be my advice to drink warm water-hot water daily to burn fat). And fill your stomach with fruits and juice , eat Red carrot , papaya, Green apple, etc. Avoid deep oil fry items for few months, if its possible go for Keto Diet. Exercise- swimming, skipping, cycling, if you reside in Building-tower then walk on stairs Up-Down, walk on slops like flyover bridge on pedestrian path,

Eat more proteins, vegetables and fruits when hungry. Cut down on carbohydrates and fats.

I normally don’t buy things I know I am going to over eat on or unhealthy things in general. Another things is portion control I normally eat on a smaller plate to help with that. Substituting the things you like with healthier alternatives might help as well. That’s kinda just my tips and what I like to do. But I wish to you the best of luck!

Hi Ruchi. I recommend to try with small steps first.  Sometimes our extra callories come from places that you don't count like coffee with milk/sugar, tee with sugar, soft drinks, juices, wine etc. Try to reduce this, not stopping them completely, because you'll want them more. Put in your dishes more food with low calories like cucumber or asparagus and reduce high calories ones. If you eat often sweets, replace them with a green apple for example. Is not that hard, good luck.
