My son z 1 year and and daughter 4 years.... I really want to lose weight but I eat too much..... Can't control my appetite..... I m 74 kgs but I should be only 56..... Need motivation and tips too
Hi Ruchi. I recommend to try with small steps first. Sometimes our extra callories come from places that you don't count like coffee with milk/sugar, tee with sugar, soft drinks, juices, wine etc. Try to reduce this, not stopping them completely, because you'll want them more. Put in your dishes more food with low calories like cucumber or asparagus and reduce high calories ones. If you eat often sweets, replace them with a green apple for example. Is not that hard, good luck.
